Please use the standard CNC punch tooling shapes below as links to the most common tooling tables. The tables detail all the CNC punch hole sizes that you can define within your sheet metal fabrications without any tooling costs. Many other shapes can be created by using two or more CNC tools together such as key hole slots, rectangular cut outs, ventilation slots and circular openings to name but a few
As well as the standard shapes listed in our tooling tables we have a vast range of special CNC tools which may suit your purposes for the following features:
Countersink form tools, ventilation louvres, semi-shear knockouts, dimples, multi hit cluster tools, name stamps and special 2D shapes (triangles, hexagons etc).
Due to the complex nature of some of the CNC punch press 2D shapes and 3D forms its better if you contact us directly for guidance on your specific sheet metal project where we can discuss the options open to you. We will be adding a webpage where 2D and 3D shapes can be downloaded in DXF format.
There are specific case studies in our blog which show in more detail some of the CNC punched features we can offer you with our Trumpf 200 and 3000 CNC punch presses when processing your sheet metal work.
Please check our tooling tables regularly as new tools are always being added, the latest tooling update was on the 1st July 2019.
