Due to the different styles of swan neck tooling that we hold as standard for our Trumpf and Edwards Pearson press brakes the sizes in the table below are a guide only showing the maximum sizes that can be achieved. The dimension for X and Y can be altered in proportion to produce smaller sizes.

You can use the above data as a guide when design sheet metal work with the bent feature shown on the right. The lengths are a guide only for the most common press brake tooling that we hold for our Trumpf 7036 and Edwards Pearson PR3/PR6 press brakes. We have many other smaller sets of bend tooling that can be used to produce small bends in shorter lengths of sheet metal, please call us if you can’t see what you want and we may have something else that will suit your particular design needs.
