Press work, Power presses and Fly presses
We have illustrated below only a small selection of the sheet metal work we manufacture using press tooling techniques. The parts range from simply piercing a round hole in a flat sheet of metal though bending and forming sheet metal components to complex press tool work in our power presses in our factories at Fareham, Hampshire. Pressing capabilities range from simple small fly presses through hydraulic presses, mechanical power presses and tooling mounted in CNC press brakes.

I know I should have bought shares in mole grips! | Large curved form tooling to produce curved heater inlet grilles in pre-painted mild steel sheet. This tool is run on a CNC press brake for more control an a slower gentle form of the sheet metal. | Press tooling with guide way for stainless steel coil feeding. Coil material can be used for larger volumes of manufacturing to increase the speed and save material wastage = cheaper components. |
