CNC punching mild steel using Trumpf CNC punch presses
- CNC punched speaker grille
CNC punched galvanised mild steel, processed through our Trumpf 3000 CNC punch press with a press-e-foot feature to keep the sheet metal flat and free from stress distorsion.

The hole pattern shown here was CNC punched with dia 20mm holes at a rate of more than 2 holes per second.

When it comes to putting thousands of holes into a sheet of metal it’s hard to beat a Trumpf CNC punch press. With the added benefits of using the press-e-foot feature to keep the final component flat you can’t beat the combination of speed and accuracy offered by our CNC punch presses.
Since we have moved our CNC punching facilities to our new factory in Fareham, Hampshire we have added extra material storage facilities. This has enabled us to store more standard ferrous and non-ferrous sheet metal for a quick turn around of panic orders. If you want to see more examples of CNC punched sheet metal work from recent projects please take a look at our Trumpf 200/3000R CNC punching machine web page.
